- Commander Jak before his death
CC-5489, or Commander Jak was a Clone Commander of Mace Windu's 187th Legion. He was known to use a DC-15S blaster, and bore armor similar to Commander Cody. He was killed on the Battle of Dantooine when the seismic tank crushed him and his battalion.
